Enter the ARC Air Derby

We are excited that you want to fly in the 2026 ARC Air Derby!  Flying the Derby is fun way to sharpen your flight planning, piloting, and navigating skills, and is a good introduction to what it takes to fly the traditional Air Race Classic.

Registration Opening Date is Noon ET on September 1st, 2026

Registration Closing Date is 6pm ET on September 25th, 2026

Entries limited to 99 Teams

Once 99 Teams have been accepted, additional qualified Teams will be waitlisted, up to September 25th. Until September 30th, if an accepted Team withdraws, the next waitlisted Team will be selected in order of acceptance.

Please note that if a contestant is under the age of 18 at the time of registration, a completed  C-02c Release of Liability Parental Consent Derby must be uploaded during the contestant registration process.

Contestants over the age 18 must upload  C-02b Release of Liability Derby.
